This superfamily includes families that possess the mirror beta grasp fold. The first structure in the superfamily was identified as a divergent Ig fold. Given the significant differences in topology we have classified it as a new superfamily.

This clan contains 4 families and the total number of domains in the clan is 8000. The clan was built by A Bateman.
