GvpD basic region 2 Provide feedback
GvpD is a regulator of gas vesicle formation acting as a repressor through the interaction and breakdown induction of the transcriptional activator GvpE [1-6]. This entry represents the C-terminal domain of GvpD, which contains the second basic region (bR2, arginine-rich) that may be important for its function [1,2,3].

Trees
